Right now, JamJar is only available for UK bank accounts but we are already working on expanding into Europe and beyond - stay tuned International Artists!

JamJar gives artists a new way to earn money, build stronger fan connections, and receive real-time feedback from their audience.

Artists share their unique JamJar link or QR code at gigs. Fans scan, tip, and leave feedback instantly through a simple, secure interface.

Fans simply scan the artist's QR code or click their link, choose an amount to tip, and can optionally leave a message or feedback. JamJar accepts all major debit/credit cards and Apple & Google Pay so it's super quick to tip without missing a beat!

Artists should promote their JamJar link during performances, mention it on stage, display QR codes on posters or screens, and include it in set breaks to maximise engagement. Remember to promote on socials also!

Yes, it's completely free for artists to sign up and use. A minimal transaction fee is applied only when tips are received. If you are subscribed to the full Jamma platform [JammaMusic.com] you take 100% of tips. Simple!

Artists, venues and team members at venues create a free profile on the JamJar website, set up their JamJar, and generate their unique link and QR code to start receiving tips.

Artists connect their JamJar to a Stripe account at time of sign up which securely handles all payments and transfers earnings directly to their bank account. Funds are held in the JamJar and can be released to the user's bank account at any time. Payments take between 3-5 days to be received [excluding weekends and bank holidays].

All fan messages and feedback are completely private and only visible to you as the artist. Feedback will be made available via our JamJar Feedback form, 48 hours after the gig is complete.

All you need is a free profile, a connected Stripe account, and a bank account. Once set up, you can start sharing your JamJar immediately!
